Changing Passwords

At present, Support Workers and Relief Register workers are unable to change their own passwords.  Call the ICT Helpdesk for a password change.  All other users should follow the instructions below.

How do I change my password?

  1. Password portal web address in web browser address barGoto login.microsoftonline.com in any web browser.
  2. Forgot my password link highlightedEnter your username (your email address).
  3. Click 'Forgot my password'.
  4. Confirm user ID dialogue windowYou may be asked to confirm your username and to type the characters shown on screen. Do this and click ‘Next’.
  5. Authenticate in the same way you would when logging into the VDI.
  6. Type and confirm a new passwordEnter and confirm your new password, clicking ‘Finish’ when done.

 

Remember when creating your password it has to be at least 16 characters.  You cannot reuse any of your previous 10 passwords.
